The Sagecap Group, LLC has invested in or is considering investing in the following residential development projects, located in the San Francisco Bay Area..  

Jersey street PROJECT

This development project will include a one story vertical addition and horizontal expansion into the rear yard.  The completed house will be a 3500 sqft family home, with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a home office, as well as a family and media room. The residence is within walking distance of shops and restaurants on 24th Street.  

WISCONSIN STREET PROJECT

This expansion and renovation project will add a story on top of the current structure and extend into the back yard. The resulting house will be approximately 3200 sqft, with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths. This residence located  on Potrero Hill's North Slope will have prime views of downtown San Francisco.  

Elizabeth street PROJECT

This unique development will combine two buildings into one residence in its expansion and renovation project.  The completed residence will be a grand 4,500 sqft Victorian, including a spacious in-law unit. 

26th Street PROJECT

This dilapidated house will be demolished and a new, modern residence will be built at this view location in Noe Valley.  The house will have 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, abundant access to the exterior, and expansive living areas and proportions.
